FINDING A TAXON BY NAME: Hold down the CONTROL KEY (on PC) or the COMMAND KEY (on Mac), press "F", then type the taxon name in the search box that appears. Use the arrows next to the search box to scroll through found choices. VIEWING THE THUMBNAIL PAGES: Once you've found a taxon, and its name appears in blue letters, click on it to display thumbnails. For the taxa in black letters we do not have images yet. Thumbnail pages exist for Families, Subfamilies, Tribes, Genera, Species and Subspecies. Caution: with slower internet connection, download of family thumbnails could take a very long time to complete, thus it is best to view species thumbnails. |
