This Calkoen specimen might have been among the material inspected by Cramer/Stoll, but it is not a syntype of Papilio teleclus Stoll, 1787, because it does not agree with the original illustration. Photo taken by Gerardo Lamas and digitized by the Tropical Andean Butterfly Diversity Project, funded by the Darwin Initiative.
