Aricoris monotona TYPE, TL: Brazil (SP), First described as a species of Melanope, but in a corrigendum on p. 102 of the same paper Stichel changed it to Aricoris Photo taken by Gerardo Lamas and digitized by the Tropical Andean Butterfly Diversity Project, funded by the Darwin Initiative.
