Types: Lectotype in USNM, designated by J. Emmel et al. (1998), Syst. W. N. Am. Butts. (2): 12, 36 ♂, 37 ♂ V; figured by Ferris (1977), Bull. Allyn Mus. (45): fig. 50 ♂ D&V.
