This is an image of Parphorus oeagrus digitally modified to match the originial description of Parphorus granta from: Evans, William Harry 1955. A catalogue of the American Hesperiidae indicating the classification and nomenclature adopted in the British Museum (Natural History). Part IV. Hesperiinae and Megathyminae. London, British Museum (Natural History). v + 499 pp., pls. 54-88. species number J.34.8, p. 153. Namely, shape-distorted and color-modified hindwing of Parphorus decora was attached to make "below, yellow vein conspicuous"; "small yellow spots in spaces 1b, 2, 3, 4, and 6" were placed on the forewing to create "spots in spaces 2 and 3 overlapping".
