Potamanaxas latrea caliadne.
Original description from: Godman & Salvin, 1895. Biol. Centr.-Amer., Lep.-Rhop. 2, p. 393; 3, pl. 86, figs 5, 6 (d, v); 1 specimen [holotype]; Caché, Costa Rica, H. Rogers leg. Translation by Peter N. Grishin: "With blackish wings; forewings with a white medial stripe partitioned into eight parts by black veins, two orange macules, one of the first medial branch from both sides and an internal margin indistinct towards the middle, a discal area with dark macules, with submarginal points also light brown; back wings with a white medial region touching the edge, but but they do not approach the anal angle: underneath the brown, a wide white common band, with white submarginal macules; forewings with an apical area variegated with pale brown, back wings growing grey towards the basin; with light grey palps underneath"
